8 Day Yoga Holiday in Greece on Paros Island


Join Monique for a one-week yoga & wellness holiday on the beautiful Greek Island of Paros. Unwind from your daily life, enjoy a transformative holiday, and re-energize yourself!

The yoga is for all levels, from beginners on the mat for the first time to experienced yogis who want to deepen their practice.

Included daily is a morning meditation and yoga class, a late afternoon restorative yoga class with pranayama, breakfast, lunch, dinner (except the last night when we will eat out), accommodation, a boat trip (option to go snorkelling), a guided hike, and enough time left to enjoy the beach and explore the island.

Forest retreat


The instructor, Monique Weschta was born in the Netherlands and moved to South Africa at the age of 22. She has 25 years of Iyengar yoga experience.and became a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2009. In 2010 she practiced at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India for a month and was blessed to receive yoga tuition from members of the Iyengar family. She has been offering yoga retreats since 2015.

Dear Monique,

Thank you so much for such a beautiful weekend. I feel so much better for it, on every level. On my arrival home, I spent about 2 hours pottering in the garden.
